We are homeowners!
We closed yesterday afternoon and are now homeowners! We also had the joy of seeing Brendan cross over last night - he is now a Bear. The picture I'm enclosing of that experience is after they've crossed over (bridge is to the left) and the former wolves (new bears) are handing the wolf badges and neckerchieves to the new wolves as they cross over. Passing the torch, so to speak.

congratulations. owning a home is a wonderful thing, i love that picture of the kids with the sign and your family looks really happy with the new house. and if you get to design a room for your yarn,. then yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa LOL so happy for you, and i agree somtimes closings can be a pain, but if you have a good agent, he/she should take care of most of it for you. again CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!
Congratulations! I remember when we closed on our house, after we signed all the papers they handed us the keys and I said that's it? It seemed like there should be something more when you're signing that much of your life away!
